is a venture funded company that blends the power of your voice with
state-of-the-art recognition technologies to create a new,
innovative and interactive relationship between you and your mobile

Christopher Hassett, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Chris is an internet veteran with over 15 years of direct
experience with Internet companies and technologies. In 1994,
Chris founded PointCast Inc, a pioneer in the use of push
technology for broadcast news programming over the Internet.
Chris served as PointCast's CEO from 1993 through 1997 where his
accomplishments included raising over $80 million in private
capital, the successful launch of PointCast's service to
millions of users, and managing PointCast's rapid growth to over
200 employees and $17 million in first-year revenue.
After leaving PointCast in 1997, Chris founded PrizePoint
Entertainment which was later merged with Uproar Inc. As
Uproar's president, Chris' accomplishments included managing the
growth of the Company's revenues in excess of $40 million, and
raising in excess of $100 million in both private and public
capital. Further, Chris was instrumental in the successful sale
of Uproar to Vivendi Universal for $140 million.
Chris founded Adela Group in 2002 for the purposes of
investigating next-generation Internet technologies and
products. Chris holds two United States patents, has been the
recipient of numerous industry awards, and has been featured in
media reports ranging from the Wall Street Journal to CNN and
CNBC.

Gregory Hassett, Co-founder & Vice President Client Engineering
Greg is an experienced software architect, solution designer,
and engineering manager. He has been working with computers,
specializing in software, for more than twenty-five years. He
began is career at the cusp of the PC revolution, starting his
first software company at the age of 12. At the age of 15 he
joined Digital Equipment Corporation in its Technical Languages
group where he worked on their Pascal and Ada compilers. At
Digital Equipment in Silicon Valley, he helped develop a
high-density interconnect process to allow wafer-scale
interconnection of integrated circuitry on multi-layer
substrates.
In
1992, Greg left Digital Equipment to co-found PointCast, Inc.,
where he led and grew that company's technology teams through
the company's successful launch which scaled to deliver over one
terabyte of data per day to over one million PC's deployed
worldwide. Greg served as CTO of AwardTrack, Inc., a
rewards-point management system, which was sold to 24/7 media
for $75 million in 2000. Greg served as CTO of GorillaPark, a
pan-European business accelerator, from 2000 through 2003,
living and working in London, Amsterdam, and Paris. Among
others, Greg's work at GorillaPark helped to launch Vibrant
Media (www.vibrantmedia.com), WebPerform (acquired by Gomez,
www.gomez.com), Mobile Commerce in the U.K. (www.mobilecommerce.co.uk),
and Pharmeon in The Netherlands (www.pharmeon.nl).
Since leaving GorillaPark, Greg has been engaged in several
technology developments, culminating in the development of the
technologies behind AdelaVoice. Greg has co-authored three U.S.
patents and has two others pending.

John Nogrady, Co-founder & Vice President Business Development
John
Nogrady is Co-founder and Vice President of Business Development
at AdelaVoice where he is responsible for evaluating and
executing new business opportunities, strategic alliances and
partnerships.
Mr. Nogrady has over 20 years of experience in the technology
sector and has been involved in the founding and building of
several startups. He has helped create markets, raise capital
and shape how businesses operate. During his tenure with
Microsoft, he served the Emerging Business Team by fostering
global partnerships with the start-up and investment
communities. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, Mr. Nogrady was
the Director of Business Technology at Web Methods where his
responsibilities included the technical relationship management
of SAP AG. Mr. Nogrady was co-founder and a member of the senior
management team of several other startups including Uproar and
PointCast. Mr. Nogrady started his career at Digital Equipment
Corporation, as a software engineer working on VMS operating
system. |

Alex Kurganov, Chief Technology Officer
Alex Kurganov is Chief Technology Officer
at AdelaVoice where he is responsible for all technology strategy and development.
Alex has over 20 years of telecommunications and Internet industry experience as a software executive, inventor, system architect and developer building advanced software systems for such companies as Motorola, Kodak and Ardis. In 1994, while serving as VP of Engineering, he built a multi-tenant telephony application platform for Vail Systems, a leader in the IVR/Internet Enhanced Telephony industry. The platform was used to successfully host many Fortune 500 client applications. In 1997 Alex co-founded Webley Systems and, serving in the CTO role, led the development of the first in the industry speech enabled Unified Communications platform and applications. Webley raised over $50M of venture and strategic funding and achieved significant revenue and subscriber growth and later merged with EffectNet. Webley technology was licensed to major telecommunications carriers. Alex holds 9 US Patents. He earned MS in Computer Science from the Institute of Technical Cybernetics, Academy of Sciences and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnical Institute in the former USSR.
